Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes gas, water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for paying electricity, which is billed separately and varies according to usage.

Required One Time Fees (Due At Application):
Application Fee: $13
Holding Fee: $150

Required One Time Fees (Due At Move-In):
Standard Security Deposit: $500

The holding fee will become part of the security deposit if the application is approved, and the applicant takes possession of the unit.

Optional Add-Ons:
Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $200 nonrefundable fee, $50/month pet rent
Internet: $45/month

Meridian at Wylie is an Active Adult community designed for those aged 55+.
